At Habitat ReStore eStore, we want you to be satisfied with your unique home finds while supporting our mission to build affordable housing. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or bring it to your local participating ReStore.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
